REGULATIONS
1. E.T.T.A. tournament regulations, with the exception that games other than the Handicap will be the best of five legs up to 11.
2. Matches will be played on a knock-out basis although the tournament organisers
may use a group principle in certain events, depending upon the entry.
3 Handicap matches will be one end up to 41 with deuce at 40-40.
4. All events will be seeded apart from the Handicap Singles.
5. In the event of the need to restrict entries, the organisers will reduce numbers on "last received, first out" basis.
6. QUALIFICATION
Players holding themselves available to represent Cambridgeshire who are registered in a Local League/Club affiliated to C.T.T.A. but who have not represented another County during the season or played in another County Championship.
Restricted Singles - Open to all registered players other than the top eight seeded men in the official County Ranking List or any male who has played for the County Senior side in the previous season.
Veteran Born on or before 1st January 1970
Under 21 Born on or after 1st January 1989
Junior Born on or after 1st January 1992
Cadet Born on or after 1st January 1995
7. The Junior Doubles competition is open to any combination of male or female.
8. Competitors must report to the Tournament Control table on arrival and remain
within the scope of the Public Address system. Any player not responding to a call
to play will be scratched from the particular event.
9. Competitors must wear rubber soled footwear which should not mark the surface of the floor. Competitors are prohibited from wearing predominantly orange or white clothing above knee level.
10. It is a condition of entry that the losing player remains at the table to umpire the next match. Failure to do so may lead to disqualification from further events.
11. Gambling on match results is illegal. Only C.T.T.A. approved Lottery or similar competition will be permitted during the tournament. Registered members contravening this rule will be disqualified and reported to the E.T.T.A.

TOURNAMENT INFORMATION
Last Date for Entries 6th March
Play will commence at 9.0am prompt with the Men’s Doubles and Handicap Singles. These will be followed by the Junior events
Ladies and Veterans events will not commence until after 10.30am.
To ensure the smooth running of the Tournament all competitors shall report to control well in advance of these times. All other events will be timed at the discretion of the organisers

ETTA approved balls orange or white will be used
The Tournament will be played on 8 Tables using ETTA 1 star Tournament layout.
Refreshments and Changing rooms will be available.
Please note that the CTTA cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to equipment
PHOTOGRAPHY IS ONLY ALLOWED AT THE DISCRETION OF THE ORGANISERS.
A raffle will be organised on the Day and donation of prizes would be appreciated by the organisers
