The association are still undecided as and when to use the Paul Charlton trophy kindly donated by the outgoing Hunts TTA.

SENIORS 1st and 2nd.

VETERANS 1st and 2nd.
Roger Fensom was the organizer for both teams but would also like to thank Yvette Hooks for help with the administration .
Team one had a tough time in division 2a but managed to stay in the division for another year with some good efforts by the team.
Team 2 had a bit more success finishing 4th in division 4b and despite some long treks for one match produced some good results

TREASURERS REPORT AND ACCOUNTS STATEMENT.
Brian Freer was really pleased the way the year had gone. He thanked March for providing the venue for the county tournament which saved a lot and others who had all played a part in making the tournament a financial success , first for a while.
Brian will look into the insurance for the year 2006/7

UMPIRE SECRETARYS REPORT.
No report from P.O’Bryne as he was not in attendance.
Steve Rate and Brian Freer had both passed the local umpire test paper and were now waiting further instructions on how to continue.
PRESS OFFICERS REPORT.
This post was shared by Steve(Table Tennis News) and Martyn (Local News) . This proved to be successful with lots of reports made but Steve was concerned by the lack of reports given to him by local league secretaries, and hoped this would improve this next season.
PROPOSALS FOR ALTERATIONS TO THE RULES.
A new set of rules were produced and the committee would like to thank Brian for his diligence in working out the new set of rules.

PRESIDENTIAL ELECTIONS.
Keith Richardson was elected as President for 2006/7 en block.
ELECTION OF OFFICERS 2006/7

The county development secretary post was felt not needed but to propose at the next county meeting that each league would bring their own development programme to each county meeting to be discussed.
ELECTION OF REP FOR THE ETTA NATIONAL COUNCIL.
Brian Freer was duly elected as National councillor for the Cambs TTA and Val Parkes as Deputy.
ELECTION OF AUDITOR
Trevor Smith elected as auditor 2006/7.
AFFILIATION FEE SETTING FOR 2006/7
The proposed fee of £11-00 per team was discussed and approved Proposer Martyn Livermore, Seconded Lesley Rate.
Brian wanted to keep the association financially secure so with this increase and other measures he felt that this increase was fair.

Brian Freer entered the matter of individual registration must take place this year and he felt it his duty to see this issue through.
The matter was discussed to great length and resulted in that the issue will be settled at a county meeting and the measures to be taken will be sent to each league secretary in due course.
